The tour will start by unfolding the history of Gaza's geopolitics and the contemporary history of the conflict. Upon arrival to Sderot enjoy a coffee break and then proceed Sderot’s lookout, from which one can have the sense of the proximity to the border with Gaza, and the panoramic view of Gaza’s northern areas( Jabalia, Beit Hanoun and Gaza city) following Israel’s southern coastal plains cities: Ashdod & Ashkelon.
From the lookout a short drive through the old and new neighborhoods of Sderot as we learn about the community’s resilience and defense challenges. Stop by a unique resilience play park and Sderot’s Menorah made of “Kasam'' rockets to learn about the artillery attacks over the town and Israel.
Another short drive will bring us to the site where Sderot’s police headquarters were located and demolished. Amit will share how the Yamam(Israel’s counter terror unit) took over the building.
From here we will drive about 20 minutes towards Reim rest area, located between Kibbutz Beeri and Kibbutz Reim. This is the location where the Nova music festival was happening where the terrorist attacked and murdered 364 people. Amit will share here his story and how he survived step by step as he presents videos he recorded during the escape. You will have time to visit the temporary memorials made by family and friends of the victims.
The last site of the tour visits the bomb shelter at the entrance to Kibbutz Mefalsim, on their way to occupy the Kibbutz, the terrorist murdered every person they could, including Amit’s best friends: Adir & Shiraz Tamam, Celiene Ben-David Nagar. Amit will tell about the battle of Mefalsim and how his friends had no chance to survive the monstrous attack.
From Mefalsim we will drive back to Tel Aviv

Ari’s knowledge of the region and everything that’s happened there is incredible. Ari explains things with such clarity and compassion. Hands Down the Worst Escape Room Experience We booked this experience 15 minutes before the timeslot begins. I immediately called to ask if it's ok that we'll be slightly late. They said it's fine but if we go over 15 minutes it'll eat into our time in the room. We ended up 20 minutes late so I conceded 5 minutes less inside the room. They said no, since we were over 20 minutes late, they're going to penalize us and give us MUCH less time, not even 45 minutes. An escape room with an attitude you'd typically meet in government offices. I was with 2 little kids which they had no problem disappointing and sending away. Disgraceful.

Nova and Gaza Envelope trip Amit is a fantastic guide. Super passionate knowledgeable and really did his best to pack in as much value as he could. Hearing his account and walking in his foot steps appreciating his emotional and heart rendering account at Nova on 7 October was unique. I would highly recommend Amit. He is fun and interesting. The transport was superb with inbus audio video presentations made our trip all the more interesting.

Enriching, wonderful trip and tour experience We had a wonderful day tour of Old Jerusalem with our tour guide, Menno. Menno was responsive and accommodating from the time we booked our tour. Before we had even left for Israel, he messaged us to answer our questions and give suggestions for our tour as well as ideas for the rest of our trip. On the tour, we felt like we got a great overview that included all of the major sights we wanted to see in the Old City. Menno was enthusiastic, personable, and knowledgeable and did a nice job explaining the historical context for everything we were seeing. Despite what may be happening in the world, we felt very safe and thoroughly enjoyed our tour as well as the rest of our trip to Israel, which has so much history and life to offer its visitors.
